The Full Story

Our small family business is deeply rooted in a passion for creating artisanal breads, pizzas, and other Italian baked goods. It all started with Nonna Mino, who began cooking at a very young age. We are a family with mixed roots, hailing from Catania, Sicily, Italy, and Las Palmas in the Canary Islands, Spain. Nonna Mino’s love for cooking grew with her, using recipes passed down through generations. These recipes bring the authentic flavors of Europe to our kitchen, combining tradition, seasoning, and heart in every dish.
 
Nonna Mino’s journey doesn’t end with tradition alone. She is an avid reader, constantly learning and expanding her knowledge of recipes, cultures, and traditions from around the world. Her passion for cooking is fueled by both family heritage and a curiosity for the culinary arts of other countries, which adds a special touch to everything we create.

Our business was born from the desire to preserve these artisanal techniques and pass them on, generation after generation. We are an entrepreneurial family, where everyone is involved in cooking with time-honored recipes. All of our techniques, skills, and knowledge have been passed down by Nonna Mino, who learned not only from family tradition but also through her travels across Europe. She explored many restaurants, perfecting flavors and textures along the way.
