We are a family with mixed roots, hailing from Catania, Sicily, Italy, and Las Palmas in the Canary Islands, Spain. Nonna Mino’s love for cooking grew with her, using recipes passed down through generations. These recipes bring the authentic flavors of Europe to our kitchen, combining tradition, seasoning, and heart in every dish.
