
Mino's General Policy
At Mino’s Bakery, we are delighted to offer custom orders for our artisan breads, and pizzas to make your special occasions even more memorable. Please review our custom order policy carefully to ensure smooth communication and fulfillment of your order.
1. Custom Orders
We are happy to accept custom orders for:

Specialty breads (e.g., flavors, specific shapes, or ingredients)

Personalized pizzas (e.g., specific toppings, crust styles, or large quantities)
Custom orders must be placed at least 5 days in advance to ensure that we have enough time to prepare and meet your specifications. For larger or more complex orders, we may require additional notice.
2. Order Confirmation & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% or full payment is required to confirm your custom order. The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid upon delivery or pick-up.

Custom orders are considered confirmed only once the deposit has been received.

Payment can be made via Credit card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cash.
3. Customization Options
We will work closely with you to accommodate your specific customization requests. However, please note that certain ingredients or designs may be subject to availability or feasibility, and we will inform you of any necessary adjustments.
4. Changes to Custom Orders
If you need to make changes to your custom order:

Minor changes (e.g., small modifications to toppings or quantities) can be made up to 6 hours before your scheduled delivery or pick-up time.

Significant changes (e.g., changes to design, large order quantities) may require additional notice and could incur additional charges. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but changes made within 48 hours of the scheduled fulfillment time may not be possible.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the time and effort involved in preparing custom orders:

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up will be eligible for a partial refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled fulfillment time will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations made less than 3-5 days before the scheduled for customized items and large order quantities will not be eligible for a refund.

In the case of custom orders that cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will issue a full refund or work with you to reschedule the order.
6. Pick-up & Delivery

Custom orders can be picked up at Mino’s Bakery at the agreed-upon time.

Free delivery is available within the Two Rivers Community. We will confirm the delivery date and time at the time of order.

Delivery fees may apply based on your location.

We strive to meet delivery times but cannot guarantee specific times due to factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).
7. Quality Guarantee
We take great care in preparing our custom orders to your exact specifications. If there is an issue with your custom order, such as a quality or preparation error, please contact us within 1 hour of receiving the order, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
